"I popped in to get a statement and was also offered to sett up online banking which I reluctantly agreed to do only after saying I was in a rush and after being assured it will take no more than 10 mins to set up. Half way in, the advisor that was helping me got interrupted by an older woman who took away his ipad without saying anything or acknowledging my presence. I made here aware that we were in the middle of something to which she replied 'that's my ipad" . I was left perplexed. So rude and unnecessary. We were almost done with the set up."
