Information gathering fake scam company hiding behind a website and a chatbot call center."

"So my nationwide debt, which i have been paying very regularly for many years is now as low as £2300 from £14000 It looks like nationwide have sold this debt to this company and have not even informed me. Ive been paying £780 a year all by agreement, but im sorry i dont want to deal with rude and aggressive debt collectors especially as my payments this year have bern made in full. So its not gonna get paid as i have not broken any agreements"

"Received a letter for paye underpayments that should of been paid to hmrc, I explained that this was a result of errors made by my previous accountants. I paid the debt of in 2 payments... On both occasions the people I spoke to were polite and easy to speak to, they wouldn't accept payment unless it was affordable."

"these people are proper bullies and will push people to the edge! they call at 8:30 at night, thinking that’s an appropriate time to call and then are quite rude on the phone. however, if you are extremely rude back and give it all you have they hang up the phone the calls all of a sudden stop. NOT sorry for making you cry Hun next time have some respect!"

"The harassment I’ve got from These guys are disgusting. They sent a letter. Fair enough. But they constantly call you throughout the day. A company calling after 19:00 for debt collection. Yeah that’s definitely harassment. Moorcroft teams are definitely wearing clown outfits and makeup to work every morning."
