"Receptionist Nicky was extremely rude to me over the when I asked for a emergency appointment. I done my filling here and it came out after a year so I called them to ask for a emergency appointment as I was in pain, this lady NICKY was extremely rude."

"Called on the phone after being referred by 111. absolutely abysmal customer service over the phone. the man i spoke to didn't even let me finish my sentence before raising his voice saying we don't have any appointments available. don't waste your time coming here. If i could give 0 stars i think even that would be to much."

"Apparently if you don't attend in 3yrs you get kicked off their books, BUT ONLY if your a NHS patient whether your a paying NHS patient or entitled to free treatment, although I personally know people that haven't attended for much longer & they're still there, Also nobody could make appointments for nearly 2yrs due to covid ! They apparently was only seeing emergencies. At the start of lockdown I called them several times as an emergency but to no avail so out of the last 3yrs two being covid lockdown hmmmm doesn't really add up.they just didn't care and definitely don't care unless your paying private prices which they actually offered me, they said they would add me back if I paid full on private prices instead of NHS prices. Greedy"
