"They're always out of carrier bags! I generally bring my own but if I don't have one they don't give a toss. Stock trolleys constantly parked in the way, which makes no sense given the lack of stock."

"I don’t want to say these word but this is wrong. Sad, unhappy face. Why having such a pity behaviour? Underpaid? Tired? No communication, no interaction. I felt so unwelcome. Security act like I was going to steal something, staring and following me the entire time I was in. It was so creepy, uncomfortable. Do I really look like? I paid, said thank you to the Middle East guy at the till. He just turned away and kept walking."
