Reviews
"We wanted decaffeinated coffee when going here with friends, however, there was no decaf coffee or tea and neither did they have any variety of teas. A bit old fashioned in this day and age!"
"Used to go in here when it was Yates as it is close to the bus station. However, we stopped going in as it was looking very tired, and to be honest, the people going in made us feel unsafe! We did a bit of shopping and were walking past to go to the other pubs we started to visit and noticed they had changed their name. So thought we would pop in for 1 and see if it had improved. Wow, what a difference! They have gutted the place. New carpet new seats, toilets that are fit for purpose. Thankfully they haven't put the cost on the beer prices. Very impressed with the work done. The bar staff were friendly and professional. I just hope they can keep the high standards that they have started with. Well done to everyone involved in this upgrade."
"Booked last minute for a large group of us Charlotte was more than accommodating couldn’t do enough, lovely clean pub and great prices"
"Cheap and cheerful pub, does cocktails on tap. For a town centre pub the upholstery on the chairs is very clean and well maintained.Nothing not to like."
