"These people are absolutely horrible, staff aren't interested in the service, they don't pay attention to the order details/requests at all. Pizza's quality was shocking and totally lowest standards! Do not use them, better use local high street places as they will definitely value your custom. Staff not interested in making customers experience better, they rather let them go, customer service should be first priority in these days and time but they don't care!"

So I now order a free pizza - I ask for meator barbecue base They now come to give me a mighty meaty ( I am also allergic to mushroom) I call them and the guy on the phone says good night - The customer service is poor"
"i ordered my pizza from my phone and had great service, made an order quickly. on top of that, i was promised i would get my pizza delivered in 15-20 minutes. im rating the one star due to me waiting about 30minutes so i call back to ask about my pizza and got attitude back from a woman saying 'i never had an order'. please fix your system, next time ill call your manager and order instead."
