"Bad service experience and false advertising, They do not handle promotions correctly"
"One star is too good for this place. The staff in the branch are rude and arrogant, the delivery drivers are incompetent, and when you call them out on their failings, they blame everything else but themselves! I will never be spending my hard earned money on food spoiled but stupidity! Close the branch down!"
"Ordered a pizza just now and had the wrong one delivered, so I called back to have the right one sent out. The Domino's employee called me back afterwards twice asking me to return the wrong (and now very cold) pizza to the driver. My sister, who has Covid, accidentally ate a slice of the wrong pizza, and after I explained this to the employee, she still insisted I give the wrong pizza back even with the safety and hygiene risk. If you've ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight, my sincerest condolences."
"I gave 1 star just because it is not possible to give zero stars.... tried to order online, system crashed but I got charged anyway. I call and got told there's northing they can do. I went personally and there was a problem with the oven which means I had to wait more than 30 minutes before somebody had the decency to tell me something... eventually after a looong wait I manage to get my order and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly. Pizza obviously ended in the rubbish. Disappointed, very disappointed."
"I work in customer service as well and can tell from experience, they don't care about their business or customers. Called about a CLEARLY mistake on my order and they laughed on the phone. At least you had your fun. Any decent place would have checked with the customer before proceeding with the order, offered a replacement or even a refund (which I didn't want, I wanted the pizza). I will not be ordering again. Horrible place. Needs a new manager or someone more polite and with customer service experience."
