Francino Pizza

"Even though the food was ok the customer service was diabolical. I don't usually write bad reviews but I ordered meal for 2 waited 40 minutes inside and they still forgot the chips. Small mistakes like this can hinder the overall experience for a customer. I run a restaurant myself and no matter the quality and appearance of the place as long it is clean, the food is good and the staff are friendly, you have yourself the gem. However this place was not a good overall experience and felt extremely unwelcomed. Secondly the price of the pizza is the biggest false advertisement I have seen. Serving "Any Day Any Time" however they have a different menu inside with different prices. They are selling dreams. Out of all the reviews I have done this one deserved my effort due to how appauling the experience was. My recommendation is for people who are patient, you will get good pizza however the chicken wings tasted old as if they were fried in old oil. These are just amateur mistakes and can be sorted very easily. Just need to fix the attitude of all staff and the business will blossom."

"Slow delivery and if you choose to eat in the place doesn't look clean. As been on main high street parking is big issue and coming to food well pizza is a no no to be honest they don't know what pizza is however, burger and wing has good taste but be careful on french fires they can re-heat the old made fires which aren't safe so just tell them to fry the fresh fires. Overall the service is oksshh"

"I ordered a pizza through Ubereat there was hair in the pizza slice I called the take away francino the guy was so rude he just kept denying without realising . I took the pizza myself back to francino , the guy had toooo many hair all over his hands same guy made the pizza and comepletely denied that there was hair. Once I showed him the pizza he had nothing to say .... he was like people try to get extra pizzas all the time .... if I had an option I’ll post the picture..."

"We decided to give this place a 2nd chance after they were 4hrs late back in February. I wish we hadn't as the food never came, even after I'd spoken to the restaurant and they told me the delivery driver had left 15mins ago and the order was already 11/2 hrs late. Had to order off someone else to actually get some food. Thank god we didn't pay on card... Has left me very annoyed and hungry. Do not use!"

"Absolutely disgusted with this place! Took two hours to arrive, rang an hour after we ordered to say they didn't have lamb shish could they replace with chicken I agreed but they didn't do it! So our £9 mixed kebabs arrived being doner and more doner! Which were £5 to buy?! That was 3 kebabs they did that to! No chips came! And when we rang to cancel the order after an hour and a half they didn't answer the phone! We were all in bed when they finally arrived! I would have sent them back but my sleepy son accepted the order! I rang the next day to Hungry House who said the restaurant wouldn't come and collect the food and would not give any amount of refund! Not even for the items that were never in the order?! Extremely bad experience! I notice all the good reviews are off the same people too! Interesting! The one star is only there because I can't add a review unless I put a star on! It doesn't deserve even 1!"
