"The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced from Domino's. Manager refused to take my order and hung up on me twice before then ignoring any subsequent calls. Absolutely shocking. Go elsewhere."

"Felt very disappointed with the level of service from this branch. The first person to answer the phone left me baffled when I tried asking whether they did the deal that was on a leaflet I wasnt aware was not the current leaflet. He then mumbled something I couldn't comprehend and left me wondering what was happening until someone else answered the phone. When they answered, I tried asking if the £9.99 deal only for the person to not listen and start taking my name rather than answer my question. Eventually I got the answer I needed albeit with great difficulty. What I did after was underwhelming and when I order what I ordered I was trying to pay only for someone else to enter the building and to pay for his order regardless of the fact I had the money and said several times can I pay and get a menu. After the person who jumped in front to pay paid for his order , it took me several times asking to pay before I was able to pay. And I asked for the menu several times again and the person thought I was trying to order something and went ahead with trying to take an order rather than get a menu for my future orders. Now this is poor service.and it didn't look like their was any cheese on my pizza. As shown in the pictures I dont think their was any cheese on it. Also I wasnt asked I'd I wanted base or stuffed crust."

"The second time in one week part of my order was forgotten. Such a shame, as I adore Domino’s pizza and find it much tastier than Pizza Hut - but twice in one week with the same delivery person making the mistake, feels too awkward for me to keep calling and complaining. They don’t seem to take customer orders very seriously, and I can’t put my trust in them any more. I’ve decided that was my last order with them. While they have lost a valuable customer - I’m glad to say goodbye to an extremely unprofessional branch. I’m polite and they are polite… but nothing changes. The last thing you want when ordering fast food is having to call the branch and leave awkward complaints about things missing. On both occasions they’ve apologised and offered to send out the missing food but ignored my suggestion of refunding me for the items - the first time I waited for the item, as my pizza grew cold - but this evening I told them not to send out the missing item as I just wanted to enjoy what I had received without listening out for the door. You order fast food to relax and unwind, not feel like you have to negotiate and plead for what you’ve already paid for. The friendly manager apologised and explained “the delivery men can sometimes forget the sides.”, I thanked him and said goodbye. Nice, charming guy - but ultimately, people’s food and in particular, people’s money - deserve more respect."

"Staff definitely need further training here on customer service. I asked for tissue whilst eating in, was told there is none, I had to point out that there was a large blue roll behind him that he can give me"
