"the staff are very rude and food is bad quality for papa john may aswell go pizza hut. my food arrived freezing cold and when i called to complain the were pretending i did not order from the palmers green store i will never ever use papa johns in palmers green and the staff and manager need to be addressed regarding customer service skills. such a shame a good store is being run by such terrible staff."

"I've ordererd from here twice and both times it's taken over an hour to receive my order, they update the website to day your order has been delivered before that though, meaning I've had to call each time to find out that actually 'itll be with me soon'. I imagine they do this to keep their scores as high as possible. If you can order from a different Papa Johns, I would advise you too."
