"If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through deliveroo. The delivery never turned up. Deliveroo said they couldn’t get hold of the restaurant and couldn’t refund because the restaurant was in charge of their own delivery. The company have said they tried to contact me, they didn’t. So I’ve not received the order and I’ve been scammed out of £25. There seems to be no way of complaining to deliveroo to have them removed."

"would give less than one star if possible, one hell of a mess! would never order again! pizza arrived 2 hours too late, and the order was not right at all! they sent us one regular salami pizza even tho we ordered two vegan ones (allergies non existent for this place?!?!). we tried to call them, didn’t pick up for am hour straight, and when they did they hung up on us. wanted to get a refund today and the guy told us it ain’t his place to do anything because we have to talk to the night shift?!? also their named differently on deliveroo with different menus, SCAM!!"
