"Last week I bought a pizza for me and my family, from this new chain after the new management took over, and it was not only, not what I ordered, but it was half baked When I called back, to complain the man was not only rude but sounded aggressive and agitated I couldn't understand what he was saying to me, i would never recommend this bad service, product or bad attitude to any customer. The old management was a billion times better."

"Pls do not even think of buying from this shop. We have been sold chicken pizza when we requested for vegetarian. We do not want to eat their meat as its not HMC . When we bring the pizza back to the shop instead of apologising they all are treating the customers with utter disrespect as they think we are expecting some kind of refund or free pizza. We are not looking for any refund its only the simple apologise would be enough. They can't even understand English and ready to fight with customers when there is dispute. They are even shouting at the customers over the phone with barbaric attitude. We are suspecting it may be pork what they have added in our vegetarian pizza ordered. Because we told them we dont want to eat their non HMC meat, so they purposely put the meat in the pizza. We have left the pizza in their shop due to their terrible and aggressive behaviour. Shame on you!!!"

"I would kindly suggest people to avoid this place. I useto enjoy going here 4 - 5 Years ago. When Pizzas were actually meant to be Pizzas. Prices were decent. Great ownership but now under new management its a waste of money. You can tell the owner is just looking at profit and quality is not there. What can I say there isn't much to say. The pizza was really dry(even though asked for extra sauce), cheese overcooked and the crust looks like its trying to invade the pizza.Check the pics, they don't lie! Really disappointed and wish it was like the golden days from previous owner 5 years ago. Or better yet hit London Pizza or Pizza Village in Wandsworth. Really worth the quality!"
