"The pizza base was fresh and tasty, but missed order notes, hot dog 50% was missing, received sausage instead of extra chorizo, and what happened to our deserts last night ? We ordered 2 Cinni dippers and received 2 pizza base with corn taste ?!?!?! 7 pounds wasted because you forgot to add the cinnamon and everything went to waste. I will find better value for my money elsewhere."

"First time ordering from this branch, usually the Southgate one. Started off well, food was ready as soon as we walked in to collect it. Got home, firstly the half and half pizza they’d completely messed up, whatever not that big a deal. Secondly I’m eating my CHEESE dough balls, and suddenly taste ham…I inspect the dough balls and realise they have given me the meat ones, after being vegetarian for 10 years, I ate ham, as a result I was obviously very ill. Absolute disgrace of a place that can’t follow simple orders, will be writing to head office and taking it as far as it needs to go. Terrible"

"Dreadful. Walked in and was blatantly ignored by 2 female members of staff for about 10 minutes until I had to shout for them to come over Then they refused to take my order and said “online orders only” I’m sorry is this a new policy? Clearly just lazy and couldn’t give a toss. Also whilst being ignored I witnessed them preparing the pizza bases without gloves and mashing the dough in their bare hands prepared on dirty surfaces. Absolutely disgusting. I’m glad I never ended up getting any food from here. Avoid at all costs."

"I always buy from here but I recived cold pizza 2 times now! They said there was low staff. Also they was mean with the topping. You can see where the cheese was missing as there red patches. Unfortunately we won't be ordering here again."
