"Friendly courteous telephone manner. Swift great suggestions for alternatives. Considering the heavy road works in the area. Timely efficient delivery straight to the door with the food still fresh and hot. Recommended for those nights when you're caught off guard and don't have time to cook."
"When I was house sitting for a friend The delivery driver couldn't find the address dispite my clear instructions, my standing out the front of the house in my slippers on a freezing night and several phone calls in which he hung up on me each time, he was very rude and in the end didn't turn up. The manager said he'd refund me, this never happened. Luckily I'd paid by PayPal so requested my own refund"
"Shocking place, take your order, take money off your card and had no intentions of ever fulfilling the order as apparently they had 200 orders to get through with 3 staff members. 6 days later still waiting for my refund, barely an apology, no explanation and their customer service department are rude and pretty useless too and did nothing to help. Wont be ordering again and will give my business to Dominos instead."
