"I am very disapointed with the service I had today @skin doctor clinics Leeds. I asked on the phone for chemical peel, the lady then booked me an appointment @13:30pm Although I arrived early, with no informatin provided, I was not seen until 14:00pm. I asked the lady when I would be seen, as I have another appointment. She replied, once the other lady finish with the other customer!!??? Realy! During the meeting, saldly i get nothing of what I came for. The lady started immidetely pushing me for lazer treatment which I did not ask for. Number of time I asked her for the chemical peel, she was saying its negtive for the skin, not for you, and so on. Then back again to talk about the lazer treatment. Once I told her this not what I came for, shocking me she said that she is not an expert of chemical peel and the product is not even avaliable for me. At the end she offer me lefelt again about the lazer tretment, which I already refused. What a waste of time!! I was not able to get to my other appointment and I did not even get the information needed, which I read some of them on their website. Very bad experince for me indeed."
