"The staf at the reception are terrible, with maybe one exception. They are badly behaved and have no manners. Often, I have felt that I am there to serve them instead of the other way around. Those ladies need to be trained to serve without prejudice."

"I have used Leigh View since 1970 and have used most of the services during this time. I have always found them to provide the best service & on the majority of occasions they have exceeded my expectations. Keep doing what you’re doing. Mrs Clark"

"I really felt that I had to say a big thank you leigh view. With the pressure of the winter on the NHS and the media doing it's best to make everybody feel depressed I had to call in on the centre 3 times in the run up to Christmas and seen within an hour each time which I thought was excellent and having being confirmed with a horrendous chest infection prescribed a course of medication to fight off the infection. So a big thank you to reception , Dr Kirk Smith and Dr Stephanie Clarke."

"Paid £40 to have ears syringed without success.Won't use this service again and will go back to pharmacy as they have always been successful in clearing them. Waste of money for a service that should, and used to be free."

"Whenever I attempt to get a same-day appointment at Leigh View for either myself or my children, I am always made to feel like I shouldn’t be trying to access the service. The reception staff always ask me “do you feel it’s a medical emergency that can’t wait until tomorrow?” Well, no, I don’t. If it was a medical emergency, I’d be attending A&E immediately, not waiting a few hours to be seen by my GP. However I DO feel it an urgent enough health problem, to be requesting a same-day appointment, otherwise I wouldn’t be ringing and waiting in the telephone queue! A bit of thought is needed with regards to how patients are made to feel about their need to see a GP. It isn’t helpful or reassuring to be spoken to in a disapproving manner because you need to be seen that day rather than wait 4-6 weeks! Again, medical emergencies are what A&E is for - not a GP appointment. Please change this line of questioning, it’s incredibly condescending and incorrect."
