"I have used this online shop over the years. They used to be good, possibly when owned by the founder Kate Bancroft. My last order has been an absolute disaster, total chaos, wrong product, despite me ringing to say don't send that it is wrong product as seen on invoice when they sent me a copy. On speaking with them, they said it was correct, and proceeded to then send wrong product. Since then I have rung them over 10 times during the3 last 5 days to try and get their mistake rectified, only to be told different things by different people. As a result, I have now requested a manager to call me on my last 3 calls, and nothing happens. This is just a quick summary of the nightmare this company now are, and I am no nearer resolution!! The company is now owned by Paul Thompson; and it seems he does not care one bit about his customers and the level of service provided. Very disappointing, and frustrating."

It was a mistake made along the process but forgivable (human do make mistakes). Products arrived nicely, the products' expiry date is good. received some free products which is even better."

"I’ve been having laser tattoo treatments with Jessica at Face the Future for over a year now to remove two tattoos from my younger years that I’ve wanted gone for a long long time. The treatments have worked a treat as part of an ongoing course I took, and the results I’m seeing a year on are exactly what I wanted. Both my tattoos were very old and very dark, and have now pretty much gone entirely, with a few sessions remaining. Just Incredible.
