"As a very nervous patient Epsom Smiles is a lovely practice to go to. All the staff are consistent in their approach and knowledgeable in what they do. Rhianna has been my nurse for 80% of my appointments, she is so caring, completely non judgemental and has a lovely manner. Zeinab is a new dentist for me and she too is very consistent, fiercely honest yet understanding at the same time. My only query is there seems to be a high dentist turnover, I have seen 3 dentists over the time I have been there. Zeinab is the most thorough however and gives lots of information."
"I attended the practice today for a filling and I couldn't have felt more at ease. The nurse - Rihanna was very friendly and super efficient. My first experience with this practice was last Tuesday. I was anxious as it was a new place and I had been with my previous dentist for years. She retired in November and I was worried about seeing a new dentist. Irfan was lovely and explained everything he was doing. Lovely friendly staff throughout."

"New appointment started well check up and x rays. Then the 'clean and polish' (I had already stated nervous patient) it was agony and couldn't finish the advice of gum disease treatment was mentioned 4 times as well as immediate discount price. Sorry but too painful."
