"Managed to get an emergency appointment straight away. The dentist and staff are very helpful. There has been a little misunderstanding related to my referral but the Manager Geeta was able to help me with the request. Highly recommended"

"I came there to know the cost and the procedure. Just for registration they took £50 n the whole cost of fixing was expensive n when I went to other dentist I didn't have to pay for my registration n it was cheaper"

"For purpose of protecting privacy my name associated with the review is not consistent with my name registered at practice. I had just chipped my tooth and was going to book an appointment with my dentist back in east london when my partner needed emergency treatment for severe pain concerning his wisdom tooth. I drove him to his appointment here which he got through NHS referral and mentioned my chipped tooth as a passing comment. The dental nurse on reception checked with the attending dentist that day, Dr Maan, if he had availability to see me and he said he would squeeze me in to look at the problem. Dr Maan's communication was excellent through this very quick "triage" and told me what needed to be done to sort my chipped tooth and notified me that I needed a root canal procedure that needed to be done. Booked in the week after for root canal and a mould to be cast of the chipped tooth which was by far the most painless dental experience I've had to date (my dentist in East London is excellent too). Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I highly recommend booking in and seeing Dr Maan. My chipped tooth has been repaired seamlessly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any further treatment."

"I attended this practice today as I was in pain. The staff were very friendly. The receptionist was attentive and made feel at ease. I was impressed that I had a painless route canal procedure performed by Dr Maan. I am usually quite a nervous patient but he helped me to feel comfortable. He was very professional. I highly recommend this practice."

"Horrible service! A few weeks ago, I called them to be registered with them and after calling and emailing them for weeks, they finally responded and I was booked in for my first appointment which was going to be a routine check up with the dentist. I wanted to have Invisalign and gummy smile treatment with them. Initially the receptionist told me that they would need my card details for the 50£ administrative fee and I’d only be charged after my appointment. Right after arranging the appointment over the phone, I saw that my card was charged with 50£ So 4 weeks before my appointment. Eventually I was okay with it but I have never seen it with any other dentist. Cut to the day when I had my first appointment with doctor Nilani. I arrived 15 mins late to the appointment which I notified them about that I was unable to find their clinic. Upon my arrival, I was not attended by the doctor which is again understandable and they wanted me to book another appointment. I requested for another appointment and the receptionist wants to charge me another 50£ For administrative fee. That’s a joke! I have had different treatments done to my teeth and trust me never had such an experience with any of the dentist. I would never recommend this clinic to anybody, rather advise to stay away from them as they are in the business of robbery. Reply to your message: My name is Dipika Kaur, firstly I just wanted to register myself as a NHS patient for which I should have never been charged for in the first place. Then on the follow up appointment with the dentist I wanted to go through the Invisalign procedure. Also the receptionist said if you can’t attend the appointment just let us know otherwise the card will be charged. Never mentioned about being late."
