When you call for an appointment, someone answers the phone immediately which is a plus. The clinic is spotless, staff very helpful and appointments always seem to start on time. Vik is a fantastic communicator, which gives you huge peace of mind. He will talk eloquently and clearly about the options available, and will give his recommendation, but never impose himself. He's a very reassuring presence during any treatment – Vik will explain what he’s going to do, articulate while performing the treatment and then discuss the results. Vik’s standard of work is extremely high. He’s a perfectionist with very high standards. Why I recommend Vik so highly is that he always looks at things though the patient’s best interest and does not prioritise his revenue. He’s a man with integrity and is very trustworthy.
