"I had 2 flat tires and I was attended to as soon as I got there. The 2 Managers, a white guy and a mixed race guy welcomed me with a genuine smile which was great. Lovely and friendly managers and the staff are so nice and very good at their job. I honestly went home happy. My favourite KwikFit."
"This is a great branch to do business with. My first time of use. Nice, clean & tidy. My 4 new tyres were fitted efficiently & quickly and they have a great new wheelbalancing facility that let's you watch your tyres being aligned. The staff are cheerful, polite & pleasant to deal with. I would particularly like to mention Tom who treated me as if I were his favourite customer. I had an excellent experience & will certainly be going back to try their other facilities"
"Friendly and professional attitude of the staff members, in particular Jock. I had a dodgy experience on my last visit in 2021 where an attempt was made to con me into changing the left front brake disk unnecessarily. I had not fallen for it at the time, and when I told Jock about it he told me that the centre is now under new management which was very reassuring. Also, and crucially, you now have a clean, fully functioning customer toilet."

"On the day of my MOT the driver side mirror broke which had recently been repaired. Tom at Old Kent Road was able to sort it all out for me with no fuss. Managed to repair the problem and carry out the MOT within the same afternoon. A great service. I'm very pleased."
