"Awful I won’t ever use again, issues kept reoccurring with my car, not the showrooms fault. It’s the mechanics for using the cheap universal products as replacement for parts that have broken. I had at least 3 lambda sensors fitted from December 21 to the beginning of July 22. The exhaust was blown and I was told this from a mechanic elsewhere but this was after I was told by mgm that the problem was fixed - no paper work was given after my car had been in the garage with them. I felt like the were sick of seeing me turn up with my car but if the issues that were there in the first place were fixed to begin with (blown exhaust) some of the other issues may have not happened."
"Had an appointment booked with them through bookmygarage almost 2 weeks in advance with collect and deliver option selected. I called them when they never contacted me or turned up to collect the car and they proceded to say they dont have that it was going to be picked up on their system and they wont be able to do it. What is the point in offering a service weeks in advance just to get messed around in the end. Highly unprofessional dont recommend"
"This is the result of installing new tires on my car, 4 damaged alloy wheels. A simple task that they do every day and still do it wrong. Even after proving that they damaged the wheels, they still had the courage to lie saying that they did not. Also, if you need MOT this garage is not only expensive, they report problems that do not exist. Do some shopping before you decide to go to this garage for any job."
