"Had battery changed on Mini countryman. Returned after an hour and they were still working on it. Then they said that there was a battery warning ("Battery discharged. Start Engine") on it that they didn't know how to get rid of. They did offer to look at it again on Monday but it is stressful wondering whether they can fix it or not. Batteries used to be as routine as tyre changes but it seems that with the computers and sensors on them they aren't as easy as they were. I doubt I'll bother again with this branch , however, as another review from a couple of months back indicates the same problem with the same car as ours. I'd have thought after that incident they would have spent time to understand how to properly reset the computer on a mini countryman after a battery change. So I'd say I was disappointed overall."
"Took my car to fit one of the headlight bulbs as I wasn't able to myself, it's in a very awkward position. The staff were incredibly fast, friendly and informative regarding the matter. I would definitely recommend visiting this branch."
