"My little girl loves it here. Unfortunately it is one of the more expensive soft plays, they would benefit from more staff as service is really slow, I was waiting 5mins to leave and collect my shoes."
"Won't be returning. Staff are lazy and rude. Food takes nearly an hour to be prepared and still arrives cold, my daughter asked for some more mayonnaise and was given a very rude look from a member of staff. It's chaos. Baby section should be for babies only. Tables and chairs were sticky and dusty. Had to wipe everything down before using. Toilets were vile."
"A lovely big space for the children to play. The food and drinks are really good and reasonably priced with a great selection. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We have been on many occasions and attended birthday parties and have never had a problem. Well done to all of the team for giving a great customer experience."
"The under 18 months area was constantly full of older kids so my little one did not feel safe to play. Very big, loud and busy, which I appreciate older kids will love. But we paid nearly £6 for a 1 year old to not play because the only appropriate area was not appropriately available. It's a lot of money for only one small area, which is just soft play, no ball pit. Infant slides were in another area which was full of older kids. Breakfast was OK."
