"I took my car to Kwik Fit Kingsbury for a full service. It had problems with Spark plugs, wheel alignment and needed a coolent top-up. After the service, the problem of my spark plug was still recurring and the staff told me, they don’t check spark plugs as It’s an additional part of servicing. They were trying to convince me to leave Kwik fit and get it serviced with my dealer as they tried to scare me saying my car is in “bigger problems than it’s letting on” However, they were not doing any effort to check out if they could solve the problem. At the end I took my car to my dealer and it was a simple problem of replacing the spark plugs and coils. I saw on YouTube that this is a simple problem to solve and also my dealer solved it in a simple half and hour. There was nothing else wrong with the car. These people didn’t want to do their jobs, and rushed everything even my full servicing. I would avoid going to kwit fit (Kingsbury) again."

I mentioned that I had a long drive the following day and the guys went to the effort of making sure my tyres had the correct amount of air in them."
