"Ring up never any appointments they just say ring back at 8 in morning never anything then , rude people on the phone , I just don't understand how there's 3 doctors and there never anything? Not even a phone call to sort out ear infection, Doctors themselves am okay but the people on phone at desk am just not helpful at all."

"Apalling. Can never get an appointment because I have to call at 8am like all the other 100s of people. I'm only above 30 in the queue and it's 8.23am. Yesterday I was 16 and then when I got through was told all appointments were taken. Awful system. It seems this system caters for people who dont work. Most people are travelling to work between 8am - 9am. Also I needed a get fit note which has taken over a month and when it came it was wrongly dated for over a month. Have been trying to get it fixed for over 6 weeks now. Complained to manager practise...nothing."

"Very rude Doctor. I have an ongoing issue that is undiagnosed. I was asked by the surgery to book an appointment to follow up and the doctor literally said to me "what do you expect us to do" and then hung up on me. Very hard to get an appointment and when you do half the doctors just want you out the door."

"Absolutely useless. The receptionist talk to you like wanna be doctors. If you work full time like I do you can never get an appointment. Hard to get through on the phone. If you do manage to get an appointment it's clear to see the divide between patient and reception staff as they do nothing but talk about what the seen in the TV the night before, then drop there smile as they attend to someone stand g at there counter."
