"coming from a doctors who only do phone call appointments and make you wait above 40 minutes just to speak to a receptionist, I can’t praise wordsley green enough. the receptionists are lovely, as are the doctors. definitely glad to have changed surgeries."

"Called yesterday for an appointment. Only got a phone appointment and the doctor on the phone didn’t prescribe anything or want me to come in despite serious symptoms. A couple hours later ended up in A&E. could of been avoided if they were doing in person appointments. Phone appointments are useless"

"If you have problems breathing in your left lung you can call back the next day at 8am, ended up with an appointment a month later.... A phone appointment to see if i need to attend the surgery. This means i have been booked a telephone appointment in 30 days to see if i need an actual appointment? I cannot get through at 8am for a same day appointment.... Because everyone is trying to get through at 8am. After 8.30 am..... There are no appointments left. They aren't allowed to book a slot next day or through week, so you have to stick with one a month in advance. This surgery needs to operate on itself, rather than peoples will to live. I also went to these people with severe cuts to my arm a year ago, they said they were closing and to go to hospital. The hospital just sent me home with a bandage and meds. This surgery doesn't like healing or helping people."

"I wrote out a report to nhs england about market Street surgery kingswinford which was part of this clinic when it was owned by dr n a barhey and my report enabled barhey to be sacked and now market Street is now occupied by my physio. They made me walk all the way from kingswinford to this place when I'm very seriously ill not just go my local surgery at market Street. They misdiagnosed a back injury caused by a serious fall as pleurisy then it was lung cancer sending me on wild goose chases for scans and x rays. I had serious stress problems and they would not give me any medication. When I could not take anymore I went to moss grove surgery and this woman no prompting from me talked about how she had to leave here. You do the same."
