"Jason was very helpful in fitting my battery and providing information and advice. However the grumpy lady at the reception and the equally grumpy manager (Clive) are extremely abrupt and rude!! Honestly, Jason deserves to work in a nicer place. The rude receptionist was so quick to get off the phone, didn't want to hear what I had to say and just argumentative. Her and the manager are a match made in heaven! How do you expect to retain customers with that atrocious behaviour!? All I wanted was an explanation as to what battery type Jason input when coding my AGM battery because on the battery test printout it said “Regular Liquid” so I wanted to make sure he got the “battery type” input correctly during coding. I requested to speak to Jason for just 2 minutes but all she told me was that he's busy working on a car. Well I paid for my service so using two minutes of his time should not be a problem. I mean the sheer lack of customer skills is evidently showing! The lady started arguing saying “We did what we had to…..and I don’t have the battery test printout in front of me so I don’t know…..you’ll have to come in to sort it out” But I have the printout in front of me and I’m telling her exactly what it says! How stupid can you be, woman?! Was thinking of using them again, but after the fiasco with her and the manager, I will stay well away and I suggest others too, unless you want to be treated like a 5 year old! Jason, thank you! The other two don’t deserve any praise. They really need to sort their attitude and PR skills! Oh and when I paid by card and asked for a receipt she told me you don't get one. That's a lie!"

"Clive and the team are so friendly and helpful. I knew my car needed an mot and service but having had our usual garage shut down we didn't know where to go. In the meantime I woke up one morning and someone had obviously driven into my wing mirror and bent it completely backwards and it just wouldn't go back. I didn't know what to do, but my nearest car place is Blackhorse, so I took it there and was at their mercy. A lovely man came out and popped it back where it should be, didn't want any money and wished me a lovely day. I was so appreciative of their help, I knew that this would be the place I'd spend my money for my mot and service. The following week I booked it in, and today was the day. I am so pleased with how everything went and how, as a youngish girl, I felt at ease and felt I could trust them. Everything they promised they did. Everything was on time, I had updates over the phone. And when I went to collect it even after a busy day Clive still had a smile on his face making jokes with me. What a lovely team of people. I will be back and will be recommending them."
