"**DO NOT USE** Absolutely appalled at how I've been spoken to. If I could give 0 stars I would have! Initial conversations were great, supplied images of the wheels that needed refurbishing and received a price. Ready to get the work booked in but had a couple of basic questions to ask as I don't know anything about the process or how it's done (wheels needed to be painted black, it's middle of winter so cold and windy - wanted to know if he sprayed and cured the wheels in his van or if done in the open elements- a factor that would affect the finish in the winter weather that we have in my opinion). With that Mitchell abruptly said mate I can't help you, you want me to promise the earth etc, completely took the conversation wrong, and when explained that I just wanted to understand the process of how it's done, he told me again look mate I ain't going to be able to help you, find someone else. Totally appalled by his attitude and I'm shocked that he's still in business of this is how he treats his customers."
