"Diagnosed the car, tried charging way over the price that other garages offered. To top it off, they parked the car on a public road far away from the garage, and as the car had no tax, the car ended up getting clamped and pounded in South London, costing me £380 to get it recovered. After knowing all this, they didn’t even apologise and still had the cheek to charge me the £39 diagnostic fee. Scum bags."
