"Rollce Royce used to mean class. This is no longer the case. If you look at their share Price you would realise that it is hopeless company. Largely this is due to the rough characters the employee and Park Royal branch. Their customer care shows a level which has nothing to do with Royalty or class. Please address your manners, at least as a last resort before announcing your closing down sale."
