"Be aware of this garage by using not pass MOT by excuse to charge you a lots of extra. I booked Interim service with MOT with this garage because I read all good rating and price was good.only £89.99. end up I have been charged full service and a lots of extra over £256 which was not related to the MOT. I was told due to high emission I l need to do full service in order to pass MOT, I requeted emission reading, no reply. I raised complaint to trading standard and Motor orbundondsman."

They provided a quote that beat the others, did the work within 1 day and although the problem wasn't 100% fixed (there was an issue with the brake pad scratching the disk on one of the wheels), they were happy to take another look and sort it for no extra charge."
"I needed an MOT done urgently on the day and SAI motors slotted me in at short notice I also needed a service and they were able to fit me at the same time, I had to do some repairs as part of the MOT and the team also were able to do the repairs all at the same, a full service, MOT and the repairs were done within 5hrs and were cheaper then the dealership while using genuine parts. I’ve been using SAI motors for the past 5 years on my different cars and the way they treat you as a customer with personal touch makes me have the trust and confidence with the team."
"Extremely overpriced. Will tell you 10000 faults in your car while the car is 100% ok with just minor problem with engine oil leakage. And gave quotation for around £1200 Went to another garage for the same problem and get it fixed under £100 only. Now car is very smooth having no issue since then!"
