"Went to see Jack at Shelby who could not have been helpful and honest. Turns out the issue there was with my car could not be fixed by their garage but he put me in touch with someone outside of London who could help. Did not charge me for this diagnosis even- what a nice man! Hard to find decent honest mechanics who aren’t going to rip a woman off when they come into their garage with little knowledge about car issues!
