"O dear looks like they have forgotten about customer service and how to help customers. The guy who so called helped me was not interested in my issue one little bit,kept me hanging around and never even made eye contact when talking to me. He promised to call me on Monday and did not hold my breath as he never called back. Think I need to find another seat dealer ,which is a shame as local to me and my family got 2 cars from here."

"Never ever getting any volkswagen again, emmision cheat device correction done and ended up replacing half of the engine. Calls go to their call center who don't know half of the stuff going on I their company and returning any un wanted part you might have ordered, carries a whooping 20% restocking fee and takes 20 days to get refund , like seriously are you doing us favours selling cars ?"

I was called the next day that the trim had arrived.and that if I picked it up between 12pm and 2pm they would fit it! That was done quickly with amazing service. I came away with gratitude and would not hesitate to use and recommend Citygate again. Thank you."
