"First ever purchase from GMP and what a great experience! I actually saw the wheel advertised on ebay as collection only and seeing the GMP contact number on the listing I contacted them and pleaded if they could post the item for me was I to book the collection. Considering this was going to be an all day service from 9am - 6pm, they agreed and I booked, sent labels for them to print and stick on the wheel. I kept tracking the item on day of collection to see if it was picked up and round about 17:30 when I realised it still hadn't been, I contacted UPS who told me that because I booked the item through a 3rd party there was no collection reference and the only option was to drop it at one of their collection points. I was weary giving GMP this news as they had already gone out of their way a lot to agree to post the item to me. But when I explained the situation they were happy to drop the item for me and even turned down the extra £10 i offered to cover their fuel. A picture of the wheel (as attached) was sent to me after the item was dropped and to my surprise it was even wrapped. It really pleases me to know that there still some really great people out there ready to offer go out of their way to offer a great customer service. AND ohh!! before i forget, THE PRICE WAS THE BEST TOO! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH GMP - My New Go To place for any parts!!"
