"i bought one of their stools nine months ago i only use weekends within short period the piston failed they sent me replacement and now it has failed again i emailed them for their comments they did not reply .i left poor feedback on their site but they did not print it as they only show the good feedback.poor company that does not reply to complaints. cannot recommend them"
