"This company is an absolute disgrace. I took out a travel insurance policy with Select and Protect who are equally a disgrace. I had to cancel my holiday in November due to catching flu got the GP letter cancellation invoice plus original booking invoice sent them in to AXA online claims department instructed to do this by Select and Protect has they are the underwriters that was on the 17th November!. The lines on both companies are constantly engaged I received 2 voice mails from AXA claims yet the phone didn't ring they are using the ringless voicemail hence the phone doesn't ring verified by my provider. The person left the 2nd message saying..missed you again call us back no number to call them back. Sent lots of dm's on twitter to AXA UK and today I asked for the complaints email guess what?..they don't have any external email addresses and to contact Select and Protect to complain..checked companies house for Select and Protect only 1 Officer the Secretary no Director's funny that on a LTD company can't be bothered with dealing with this dishonest company. I'll make an official complaint on Twitter to AXA UK and one to Select and Protect by email ( if it exist) and both by post.. cc CEO Claudio Geinal. Don't use this company"

"My property was insured as a landlord insurance what's AXA never phone you back with any answer and obviously they can't be bothered their customer service is very poorly and I am committed to my own work and when they misrepresented with the day they sold me a product saying that landlord no stress when it comes to the crunch they don't deal with it I am stressed out because my house has been burnt so they do not bother to phone me I have to phone them advice consumer not take AXA insurance poor service and the don't like to help their customers stress customers out for nothing"
