"Really nice, warm atmosphere. Service was very good. Shame about the burger and sweet potato fries being over cooked but we were given 20% off our bill. Thanks. Ribs with chicken thighs were very small but tasty."

"Worst dining experience ever in London! The ticketing system was broken in the restaurant that day and the staff advised us it will take longer time as usual. Ok we were fine as there are playground for kids outside. As times goes by, the table around us got food and only our table has nothing. We asked the staff and they told us the same thing so we wait a bit more. Until the other tables almost finished there meal we check with the staff and they said our order was missing!!!! The staff was kind to offer us free meal as compensation as we wait for almost 2 hours. The most disgusting part was the manager here. He said the staff has no rights to offer free meal but he can only offer 20% off. And when I told him we waited for 2 hours for food and he checked the system and talk back to me that it was not 2 hours yet!!!!! And he said this is the normal serving time!! How can this restaurant keep such a bad, careless to the customer and rude to the staff as a manager ! Shame on him! Overall this restaurant should be a nice one but the manager is really horrible. Worst ever seen."
