"Extremely unprofessional. I emailed this company regarding two spaces for my children. They said there would be availability in a few months. We asked them to save these spaces for our children and in The mean time could we have a look round. After viewing they said they would get back to us with exact dates. Two weeks pass and then we receive a voicemail saying there are now no spaces available until September 2023, no explanation, no email."

"Both of my boys go here and they love it. The staff are experienced, competent, friendly and wonderfully imaginative. There is a lovely cosy feel to the place, and you get a real sense of community, I really feel like my boys are safe there. There's loads of space for lots of different activities in all the rooms, and plenty of messy play, and a great big playground for outdoors time."
