"I don't even use this company and I never ever will. Rude driver, parks in a disabled bay thats been paid for, throws the cones causing criminal damage and also throwing cones at a disabled car parked behind the bay. Got a photo of the car."

"Ordered a taxi 4 days in advance to pick myself and 3 others up to get to the funeral directors for my Dad's funeral. I made this request online, documented in the comments section that we were needing to get to the funeral directors and followed it up by a phone call to ensure it was booked. The day of the funeral came, after 20 minutes waiting past the requested time, I phoned them to see where the taxi was. I was informed that it had not been dispatched yet. I explained the importance that I needed to get to the funeral directors for my Dad's funeral. They told me that I would be put on a priority list. Totally unacceptable service. We ended up cancelling the taxi and drove ourselves, subsequently incurring high car parking charges to leave our car in Bury whilst we attended the funeral and wake using the funeral cars. I would never recommend this company."

"Constantly late, cancel taxis without letting you know, rude operator. Turned up half an hour late for our airport run which was booked the week before because they 'couldn't find a driver'. Such a shame because there are actually some really nice taxi drivers who work for the company."
