"They charged me for breakfast items which I did not receive in the end. Tea and coffee was not warm. Daal tasted like vinegar. Not sure that's expected? Does not taste like other chai wala's unfortunately"

"Rubbish customer service, never open on time. Opening time was 8am and I went there about 8:30 and still weren’t serving and when I asked the employee he said when we have less staff we open late so I had to leave and come back in about 30 minutes. Again went there today opening time is 8am and 8:15 still no one to be seen. Taste is great but customer service for this branch is rubbish to say the least"

"I was very very disappointed with the food. Being a regular customer of chaiwala restaurants I was very much looking forward to a good quality desi breakfast but unfortunately what I was served was a burnt omelette a paratha was a harder than a brick and karak chai that was cold and I also purchased a mango falooda for my daughter and was given a rose falooda when questioned the staff nonchalantly told me it was mango falooda you be the judge."

"Was a bit apprehensive with all the negative reviews but can say after trying out that it is true to its name. It is an express so you should not expect the same level of service as a regular joint. But the speed was decent when I went and the food was the same as other branches, not super"
