"The latte was very well done! It is so nice to have a coffee in a reusable cup as well. No so many cafés offer that now. Most of them have removed all the mugs and cups and offer only plastic/cardboard which isn't good for the planet."

"very lazy staff; they can’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I got one of their cakes for takeaway, when I got home it smelt and tasted like soap and it was stale. I miss the old staff because they used to provide excellent customer service and they were friendly and kind. now it’s just waste of time and money to even bother going because of lack of effort within their service."
