"Charged me £12 to travel 1.1 miles (roughly 1 minute drive). I was leaving a wedding and driver complained that my hotel was "out of area" ... even though it was a whole 1.1 miles away from where I was picked up. Driver was polite but the scam of this was absurd. Clearly taking advantage of someone who doesn't know the area and was too unsure to argue."
