"They had 1 poor girl doing the floor, till and no self service. Waited 20 minutes buy a scone and cappuccino. Scone was cold and stale. Lady serving was very nice... felt sorry for her."

"The cafe used to be good. It is now poor due to frequent early closing and / or most items on the menu not available, particularly if they involve cooking. I arrived at 1.35 for lunch. It is not surprising there are only 2 other customers here as "the kitchen is now closed - the cook's going home!" I ordered a coffee. It was good."

"Food is well presented. I had cod, chips and peas. Generous portions. However chips and peas were under cooked. I complained about this as I was only able to eat the fish. I was just told that they would tell the cook for next time. No money back or anything else offered. I don't think there will be a "next time" !"
