"Terrible terrible terrible experience. If I could give a NEGATIVE star then I would. Me and my friend’s experienced racial discrimination from the manager here. The racism was so blatant and uncalled for that other white customers had to step in and intervene on our behalf. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere ( Cafe Nero further up the street has never disappointed me and is a much better place to put your money)."
"absolutely terrible! me and my friends used to love coming here to study until they banned school and college children and the staff refuse to give reason why! This is disgraceful and ridiculous so I honestly would not recommend this store as they are disrespectful! I am honestly disgusted by this as i have never known a coffee shop ban a whole generation with no valid reason for doing so. The discrimination against the younger generation is outrageous in this day and age!"
"Went 5/10/2022 at 10am. Amazing team who made me feel so welcome and chatted to me about extras I could add to my drinks. Made my drinks and experience 1000x better! Will be again many times to get my work done for the friendly atmosphere and amazing products."
