"Staff was friendly, coffee was great. Place was quite messy( had 2 clear a table for myself). Prices were super expensive - paid £7.30, for 2 regular lattes."

"It's very busy, no staff cleaning tables so had to sit at dirty table. No disabled toilets. Is this how it has to be now in todays society."

"Less busy compared to the one in the shopping mall. And, this place has more seats than the inside one."

"Starbucks isn't a poor company but this cafe states otherwise. The coffee is okay but a little on the cheap and bitter side and the price however is too high. The seating is poor and the tables are ridiculously small. I ordered a hot croissant with butter and jam and received the croissant in a bag. I had to ask for a plate and a knife. The knife was wooden and complete rubbish, something for children. It couldn't even cut the croissant, it just tore it apart. Knife edge in pic. The music is intrusive and it was stuff like Frank Sinatra and similar. The unisex toilets do not have hanging hooks, the floor wasn't very clean and neither was the sink. The door did not have a handle to pull it closed, what a joke! The staff are nice and polite but there is much room for improvement. We will not be going again unless there's a refit/upgrade, etc."
