"Empty store with no queue - Asked for a cappuccino and before the transaction went through or the coffee was made I changed my mind to go for almond milk - the guy called Mourinho angrily snapped at me “you have to tell me what you want before” - I asked him if he was having a bad day - he huffed and puffed and said “no madam I am not!” Unprofessional and out of order - I am a customer and I have the right to be treated with respect and change my mind to what I pay for. Starbucks you need to train and monitor your staff better"

"Quick service, friendly staff and a nice quite and comfortable seating area. Had a cheese toastie which was nice but could have been a bit more toasted on both sides. Cuppachino was OK but needed more flavour for me. Still a good place for a quite sit down and drink 8/10"
