"Extremely disappointed. We ordered a meal online to be delivered. An hour later we received an email saying it was cancelled. I phoned and was told they thought it might be a fake order because we had said we would pay cash. They could have asked for payment up front and we would have done that. Instead they wait an hour and just as we are expecting the food to arrive they cancel it. I phoned. No apology at all. Thoughtless and disgraceful service."
