"Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Ordered from them twice now (unfortunately our club's kit is made through them so had no choice). The first time all of the kit was made incorrectly and it took months for them to agree to redo it. The second time we wait over a month for the order from them to be told that they don't have some of the personalised items in stock and its another 6 week wait. Oh and part of this order was 3 pairs of cricket socks which they refused to send separately unless we paid £8.50 extra delivery. I would also like to add that we spent over £300 and orders over £150 gets free delivery. When I pointed this out to them that we could have made 2 separate orders for £150 they didn't care. Even after all the mess they have made with the orders the worst thing about them is the way they speak to you on the phone. They basically tell you tough and put the phone down. Shame you can't give less than 1 star!"
