"Ordered in September, arrived in December - no notice of late delivery and actually forgotten I'd ordered the items. Phoned after Christmas to return items and was reprimanded for taking such a long time to contact them. Explained that I'd tried twice before Christmas to phone them, no answer; no information on their website about returns. Very rude and abrupt on the phone."

"Very poor. Ordered kit in September. Only updated me of delay when I chased. Order then received start of November but was completely wrong. Not answering calls or emails. Terrible"

"I've had £120 worth of vouchers for refereeing in Tameside Cup finals over the years but never able to spend them due to the fact they never answer the phone or reply to messages left the vouchers have expiry date so when I called in was told vouchers out of date I've got another £40 voucher and same don't answer the phone I called in again it was shut properly get back to me when voucher runs out"
